By using our website, creating an account or placing an order you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or place an order.

Certain features (placing orders, viewing order history) require a registered account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We aim to display accurate product information including descriptions, images and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices shown on the site are in the currency displayed and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse/ cancel orders in the event of an error or fraud.
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch the products. We accept payments through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways; we do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payments must be authorised and cleared before dispatch unless alternative credit terms are agreed in writing.
We ship to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes displayed are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery may be affected by events outside our control (courier delays, weather, public holidays). Risk of loss and title to goods pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier at our facility unless otherwise stated on the invoice (see your order confirmation for shipping terms).
Our returns policy applies to faulty, damaged or incorrect items delivered to you. To qualify for a return or exchange you must notify us and raise a return request within the timeframe specified on the product page or within 48 hours of receipt for damaged/incorrect items. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Custom, personalised or perishable items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds (where due) will be processed after inspection and may take up to 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
Orders may be cancelled by you only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the returns process after delivery where applicable. We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Any warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s or our claims process. We are not responsible for damage or faults arising from misuse, modification or normal wear and tear. For warranty assistance contact our support team with order and product details.
Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes, duties or customs charges which will be displayed at checkout as required. Buyers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other charges levied by local authorities on international shipments.

Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Ltd and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for direct losses arising from any one event will not exceed the value of the products purchased that give rise to the claim.

Ltd, its affiliates and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Satyanarayan Dresses Pvt. Ltd is registered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
